• Analytical Chemists & QC Scientists: Experience with HPLC, GC, and compendial methods preferred
• Lab Technicians: Methodical, organized, and comfortable operating in GMP-style environments
• Regulatory & QA Staff: Strong familiarity with Health Canada, FDA, and ICH expectations
• Operations & Admin Roles: People who bring structure, scalability, and a problem-solving mindset
