Andy Tran, COO

Andy Tran holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Business Analysis and Information Technology. His academic foundation integrates systems thinking, process modeling, and data-driven decision frameworks—skills that directly support operational discipline in regulated environments.

Andy has contributed to multiple business analysis, operations, and IT-driven projects, including workflow optimization initiatives, requirements mapping, and cross-functional system implementations. His work emphasizes structured problem-solving, stakeholder alignment, and the translation of technical requirements into operational outcomes.

At TruoX Laboratories, Andy leads process optimization, logistics, and resource allocation across the organization. He oversees day-to-day laboratory operations, infrastructure development, and cross-functional coordination between scientific, technical, and administrative units, ensuring that execution stays aligned with enterprise objectives and regulatory expectations.


Scientific and Technical Advisory Team

  • Senior Analytical Chemists
    Provide domain expertise in small-molecule method validation, impurity profiling, and chromatographic system qualification.
    Ensure all methods adhere to ICH Q2(R2), USP, and Health Canada GMP standards.

  • Software and Validation Engineers
    Develop and validate the proprietary TruoX LIMS and CSV documentation suite.
    Align all computerized systems with GAMP 5 (2nd Edition) and 21 CFR Part 11 guidance to guarantee audit-ready digital infrastructure.
