Laboratory Services Pricing

TruoX Laboratories offers regulatory-grade analytical services priced according to scope, complexity, and compliance requirements.
Our pricing model is designed to ensure scientific rigor, audit defensibility, and transparent cost alignment with client needs.

Pricing Philosophy

Laboratory testing in regulated environments cannot be commoditized without compromising quality.
As such, TruoX does not apply flat or “one-size-fits-all” pricing.

Pricing is determined based on:

  • Analytical method complexity
  • Sample matrix and preparation requirements
  • Regulatory scope (R&D, non-GMP, GMP)
  • Documentation and reporting expectations
  • Turnaround time and scheduling constraints

This approach ensures that every engagement is appropriately resourced and inspection-ready.

Service Availability

Laboratory testing services are not yet available.
TruoX Laboratories is actively preparing its Phase I GMP Quality Control Laboratory and will announce service availability following internal readiness and regulatory milestones.

  • Sample handling and traceability
  • Controlled analytical execution
  • Review and approval under the TruoX QMS
  • Audit-ready analytical reports

Additional documentation (e.g., method validation protocols, extended reporting, or regulatory support) may be scoped separately.

Quotations & Engagement Process

TruoX follows a structured quotation process to ensure clarity and compliance:

  1. Initial technical discussion
  2. Scope definition and regulatory context review
  3. Quotation issuance with defined deliverables
  4. Execution following service availability

This process minimizes ambiguity and ensures expectations are aligned from the outset.

Looking Ahead

As TruoX expands its laboratory operations, additional service lines and pricing frameworks will be introduced, including:

  • Microbiology QC
  • Expanded stability programs
  • Computerized System Validation support

All services will remain governed under the TruoX Quality Management System and integrated within TruoX LIMS for full traceability.
